Conditions of Employment

Conditions of employment, including remuneration are set out in the Collective Agreement 2007-2010 or by an Australian Workplace Agreement. The Collective Agreement 2007-2010 was lodged with the Workplace Authority on 31 August 2007.

Classification Structure and Pay Rates

Classification and pay rate structures are outlined in Attachment 1 of the Collective Agreement 2007 – 2010.

Salary ranges define the base salary components on general offer. In addition, the department makes a significant fortnightly superannuation contribution on behalf of each employee.

Executive Level employees under an AWA may be eligible for performance pay.
